A friend of mine has a 75 cj5 that he says he'll depart with for $800. all it needs is a new gas tank and tail lights hooked up. (he has all the parts) Am I dreamin or is this a good deal

That sounds like the deal of the century, if it runs. Is it a 6 banger or a V-8? Back then the Jeeps were manufactured by American Motors in Toledo Ohio. They want thousands of dollars for a vinage CJ in this state so I am seriously jealous.
