Here is a great "instructable" regarding rust removal on small hand tools.
My colloidal silver generator is small, but would likely do the trick, though slowly. Meanwhile, battery chargers should do the trick well.

A way I have used that really does work, fill a large bucket about 2/3-3/4 full with clean sand and pour enough used motor oil into the sand, mix it well, to cover every grain. Plunge the tool into this oil/sand mix after use and the tool will become clean and oil coated to retard oxidation. I've used it on my axes since most of the wood i cut is pitchy and pitch helps rust, the oil/sand cleans them good and keeps them bright.
Best thing, the oil/sand mix doesn't ever wear out.

dip a tool thats already rusted up in Muratic acid for a few minutes remove and rust is gone
reoil immediately or it will be rusted back by the next morning.
Use caution -- dont breath vapors or get it on ya!
